What’s in Your Bag?: Health is Wealth

These are my notes from B1G Fridays What’s in your Bag?: Health is Wealth.
This was not a usual B1GFridays night because it was all some sort of medical lecture. It was very informative but I was looking for something like the usual. I had a few notes though.

Nowadays, we are fed by the food industry which pays no attention to health, and we are treated by the health industry which pays no attention to food.

Are you getting your PFC-MVPs? (Protein, Fats, Carbohydrates, Minerals, Vitamins and Phytonutrients)  Skipping meals is  not really the solution to a good diet. Starving yourself won’t do the trick. The trick is having a balanced diet and taking good measure of our limits when it comes to the food pyramid. A good diet is not one-size-fits-all.

Just because you’re not sick doesn’t mean you’re well. You are just not sick yet.

We are a n ecosystem of its own, a masterpiece. We are an amazing creation of an amazing God and we need to take good care of our bodies.
